We would like to share some of the comments that were sent to us by World War II Veterans who have gone on our Honor Flights to Washington DC.

Here is a comment from a Veteran who went on the Gary Sinise Soaring Valor flight to New Orleans.

“Dear Marva:

I wanted to take the time to tell you how I feel about the recent Honor Flight to New Orleans.  When I first heard about the New World War II Museum, I pictured some sort of converted warehouse, but the reality …..and the entire trip…. far exceeded my expectations.I think you did a magnificent job of organization and carry-through. Everything about the trip was first-class in preparation and realization, and  I think we have you to thank for that.  I’m really looking forward to the trip to D.C. on the 19th, and can only hope that it will be as well-planned and exciting as the New Orleans one was.

Best wishes,

Murray Glass

  1. Hi Murray, Thank you for taking the time to send a message. To avoid any confusion, however, the Honor Flight Program only goes to Washington, DC. Your trip was a gift from the Sinise Foundation. I’m happy you enjoyed the care that was shown all of you. It was our pleasure to provide the foundation with the names for that adventure.

  2. That was the most amazing tri and one I’ll remember for the rest of my life. Thank you Honor Flight – Inland Empire!!
